The “STAR System” program uses bodyweight, kettlebells, and other methods to give you an all-around, cross-training, time-saving workout!

"Lightning" Speed/Power/Agility Package

- 12 sessions of 30 minute workouts

for Speed, Power & Agility improvement

 

"Lightning" Speed/Power/Agility workouts are focused on Coach Rick's "Swings, Strings, & Zings" approach to speed & agility training. Using everything from jump ropes, hurdles, cones, & kettlebells, you can train for power, speed, agility, and overall conditioning within each workout!

- 12, 1 hour sessions that focus on Strength Training first, Speed/Power/Agility next.

 

Get the best of both Thunder & Lightning workouts within one hour of time. These workouts are short, brief, and to the point: no messing around or wasting of time!

Super Camp is 30, 1 hour sessions, spread out through the months of June, July & August
